Our Mission

IceLine Consulting was founded on the idea of trying to find a way to provide free advising for players who weren’t being noticed by agents.

We believe every player deserves access to expert guidance, no matter where they are in their hockey journey. While agents typically offer free services, they only work with players projected to reach the professional level, since that’s where their return on investment lies.

For everyone else, the only option has been costly advising, something many families see as not worth the investment. We want players to invest in high-quality video coaching or training, while still receiving the advising support they deserve.

Services

Our comprehensive approach covers every aspect of hockey development, from on-ice skills to career guidance and representation.

On-Ice Training

Every session is built around real game situations—retrieving pucks under pressure, making plays off the wall, attacking with speed, and reacting in motion. This training challenges players to read, react, and execute at game pace.

Off-Ice Training

Based on methods used with the Gatineau Olympiques (QMJHL), this Off-Ice Training program utilizes the French Contrast Method, focusing on power development by combining strength and plyometrics.

Video Coaching

Video Coaching during the season to review your games, to help identify areas for improvement and help accelerate your development as a player with a Jr. A Head Coach.

Advising

IceLine representation focuses on assisting with player placement and helping players find the best path for them. We provide personalized guidance to help every athlete excel and reach their highest potential.

Packages

When you purchase our training or video coaching packages, you’ll receive a complimentary advisor dedicated to supporting your development.
Month-to-month commitment
You can change packages each month to focus on different areas of your game that are best for that particular month.
